Holiday Events

Roger and I have been driving around neighborhoods for weeks showing Ethan Christmas lights. We decided to go to Botanical Gardens one evening with Susan and Nana to see what they had. Don't mind our attire we were not dressed appropriately and we had to bundle up with misc. sweaters that were left in the car....it was nice & chilly.

Ethan's Birthday Weekend

Thanks to my friend Emily for hooking us up with some Universal Studios/ Islands of Adventure tickets. We decided to go away to Orlando for Ethan's birthday weekend, instead of having a birthday party this year. As predicted Ethan loved it! There was not much for him to do because of his height but he did enjoy a couple of rides with Roger or I. We alternated holding Aidan and going on rides with Ethan. To be honest Ethan loved to just look around:) So easily pleased....for now til he is a teenager.
It wasn't the most beautiful day for a visit at a theme park, it just made it better because there were less people.
He didn't know rather to love or hate the Simpsons. The safe bet was to hold on tight!
Short wait in line for E.T
Aidan smiling and playing while the BIG boys were in line:) Luckily he doesn't know what he is missing.

Aidan & I taking celeb shots:) Yes, I was bored
Not good at following simple commands like, "say cheese"
He of course liked The Cat in the Hat characters the most. Just wait til Halloween you may see The Vest creation of THING 1&2
Roger may be 28 but he thinks it's so funny to soak people with the water blaster on the flume ride.

Aidan is 4 months old

Yes, I know I am a bad Mommy once again. My littlest man turned 4 months old a couple weeks ago and I am just now posting some pics of him. Please forgive me:(

Aidan is now rolling over more often from front to back and back to front. He continues to roll all over the floor. He loves bouncing in his jumperoo and gets giggles out of his exercauser. Most of all he LOVES sitting in his bumbo seat and watching his BIG brother Ethan.

Aidan in his jumperoo

Fell asleep in his Daddy's arms

Bumbo time

Giving kisses to his Grammy

Can you say he is teething?!?!

Tired little man

Gosh I love this pic. He is a doll face!
At his 4 month check up the doctor gave us the ok to start rice cereal. As you will see he is not liking it. Hopefully, he will like it more in a couple of weeks! This is his scared face
I think he is posing

Yuck! Not liking it

This is when I stopped....poor baby:(

You all are probably guessing how much my little chunk weighs? 16lb12oz & 25.75" (both on the 75%) only 4oz more than Ethan @ 4 months.

Ethan is two!

So, my little boy is now two! How sad:( Time really flys being a parent. I can remember vividly the day he was born, probably because of the torture I went through. Look at him, he was well worth it!
His last evening of being a 1 yr old! Enjoying the mixer of icing from his birthday cake I made him:)
Two years old and having a BIG breakfast!
Showing off his new hair cut! Did I mention that I cut it????

Playing with his little brother. Too many toys, huh?
Not too bad!
Impressive....if I do say so myself
I decided to make a double layer cake so he was able to enjoy another mixer
WOW! Lots of presents from the family
He loved his Little Einsteins card
He loved his home depot work bench more!
Clothes weren't as interesting--typical boy
Ripping the paper was FUN
Eating the ribbon????
Power tools rock!
Pretty plane cake I know, what else was I suppose to do for gluten free?
Excited for us to sing H-A-P-P-Y- B-I-R-T-H-D-A-Y
Ethan enjoyed his cake so much he didn't feel like using a fork

My worse nightmare, potty training. Don't worry it is gonna wait til he is ready, so for now he can play!
He weighed in at 26lb (25%) and was 34.25" (50%)
I can't wait to see what this next year brings us!
